You send it, we read it, they shop it.

Your vendor invoices, already in Shopify.

ProductPorter reads the purchase orders and invoices your vendors send you, whether that’s an email, a PDF, or a photo taken on the counter, and turns them into priced, barcoded products in your store. No re-keying, no spreadsheet in between.

  1. 1.0

    Send it

Forward the email. Upload the PDF. Photograph the packing slip where it landed. There’s no template to fill in and no format to match. Every vendor sends something different, and that’s the problem being solved rather than one you have to solve first.

  2. 2.0

    It gets read

Every line comes out: style, colour, size, pack quantity, unit cost, freight. Including the pack ratios vendors bury inside a size grid, which is exactly where counting by hand goes wrong and stays wrong until the season is over.

  3. 3.0

    You review what’s flagged

Anything that doesn’t reconcile is raised before it reaches your store: a subtotal that doesn’t add up, a SKU that doesn’t match the purchase order, a cost that moved since last season. You look at the exceptions, not at every line.

  4. 4.0

    It lands in your store

Approved items go into Shopify as products carrying their real cost, barcodes and inventory, published to every sales channel at once.

And then the parts nobody enjoys

Who it’s for

Independent boutiques running Shopify, where the same person does the buying, the receiving and the books. If a vendor invoice currently gets typed into a spreadsheet, or straight into Shopify line by line, this replaces that evening.
